We work on fixed fees whenever possible and will issue quotations for foreseeable work.

Our preliminary advice service is as follows (rates effective 1 April 2025):

1. We will advise informally and without charge in an initial call or email exchange.

2. We can undertake an initial case assessment on the paperwork for £600 plus VAT

3. We can undertake an initial site meeting with you at a fixed fee of £750 plus VAT. This includes travelling.
